Intramurals are a fantastic way to get involved on campus! The program allows for friendly competition between the different colleges and faculties and welcomes a range of skill levels thanks to the different divisions of sports offered.

 For the Winter 2024, here is the full list of sports and divisions offered:

Registration is now open for Winter 2024 Intramurals! You can register through the form down below.

There are three different leagues:

• Mixed: balance of men and women on each team
• Open: anyone can be on the team, i.e. no gender requirements
• Women: all women’s team

Most sports offer a choice of skill levels of play. Where multiple divisions are offered, division 1 is the highest level of play. Lower divisions provide opportunities for participants with some or no experience in the game.

You can participate in only one mixed or open or women’s team per sport.

• I.e., you can participate in a mixed team and an open team and a women’s team in one sport, but not two mixed/open/women’s teams in one sport.

Students are allowed to participate in as many sports/teams as they wish, so long as they keep to the rule above.

Each team plays one game a week. The specific start time will vary from week to week but will always occur on the same day within the same time block.
